Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to products purchased through linotar.co.za and is governed by the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and this policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.
Health and safety
As our products are topical pharmaceutical and skincare preparations, they are subject to strict health, safety, and hygiene requirements. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, products that have been opened, used, or had their seal or packaging tampered with cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have left our control, as their safety, integrity, and sterility can no longer be guaranteed. This protects all our customers and is standard practice for medicinal and skincare products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please notify us within [7] days of delivery at linotar@fdcsa.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue and the packaging. Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect through no fault of your own, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to the conditions set out in this policy.
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
If you ordered the wrong product or quantity, please contact us before the order is dispatched so we can assist. Once a product has been delivered, the health and safety conditions above apply, and opened or used items cannot be returned.
How refunds are processed
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within [7–14] business days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
